Bamburgh Castle

Only 14.3 miles from The Hemmel Wooler B&B on the Norhtumberland coastline from which you can see the Farne Islands. From this vantage point (above picture) directly behind it's possible to see Holy Island. The coast line boast a wide flat sandy beach popular for walking and taking in the stunning setting. The town of Bamburgh has a wide variety of restaurants, Inns and Pubs, making Bamburgh Castle an excellent choice for a day out.
